What if I want to cancel my order?

  • We can cancel your order if it hasn't left our shipping warehouse yet. 
  • We are expecting to start shipping pre-orders on or before 8 June 2022.
  • Unfortunately we can't cancel your order if your parcel has been shipped. You will need to wait until it arrives and then go through the return process by contacting us at info@pubbets.net or clicking on the 'Chat with us!' button here on the site.

Where do you ship from?

We have a small factory in Guangdong, China and ship from a fulfilment centre in Shenzhen near Hong Kong.

How long does shipping take?

  • We are on schedule to start shipping pre-orders on or before 8 June.
  • Most orders arrive to major destinations within 12-14 days.
  • Orders to Canada and New Zealand may take up to a month to arrive.
  • UK orders are very fast - often just over 1 week.
  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a handy tracking link so you can see exactly where your parcel is.

What if I don't like the puppet?

No problem! 
We confidently offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all the products that we design and manufacture.

One of our friendly customer service team will lead you through the returns process.

We've shipped over 2000 puppets worldwide and have only had to replace 3 due to shipping damage or loss.
