Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Pubbet puppet and Pubbet accessory orders. Ie: the products that we manufacture ourselves.
The 30 day satisfaction guarantee is offered on a goodwill basis. We put a lot of time and effort into creating each Pubbet character and confidently offer this guarantee to you!
If you are unhappy with your Pubbet puppet or Pubbet accessory, just send us an email to email@example.com with the subject link 'satisfaction guarantee' and one of our friendly customer service staff will assist you further.
To get a refund as part of the 30 day satisfaction guarantee, we ask you to return the items to our processing centre at your own expense.
For other items that we sell through the site
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
For Pubbet puppets and accessories: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for a refund based on disatisfaction with the product.
You will be offered a replacement or refund and this will be processed ASAP.
For other items sold through the site: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pubbets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Pubbets will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
