We ship our retail puppets Worldwide from a central shipping warehouse in Hong Kong. Most retail orders arrive within 7 to 9 business days. For our premium range of puppets and Pubbets Lab custom puppets, we ship from our workshop in Thailand using Thai Post. We also offer a shipping upgrade to DHL Express for faster delivery.

Betty is awesome. I have her entertain my resident’s in a memory care unit. They named her and thought that she was 16 and never been kissed! My resident’s ask her questions and request her to sing to them and let me tell you, that Chatty Pink can hold the long notes for a good minute or more—which has them laughing and smiling.
