We ship our retail puppets Worldwide from a central shipping warehouse in Hong Kong. Most retail orders arrive within 7 to 9 business days. For our premium range of puppets and Pubbets Lab custom puppets, we ship from our workshop in Thailand using Thai Post. We also offer a shipping upgrade to DHL Express for faster delivery.
