Can you make me a lookalike puppet, or add facial hair?
Yes! Our Pubbets Lab Curated service specialises in lookalike puppets and can add custom facial hair, specific glasses, outfits, and one-off accessories. If you don't see what you need in the DIY builder, the Curated service is your answer.
Can you make a furry monster, robot, or animal puppet?
Not through the standard Lab — we use human-style blanks to keep costs low and turnarounds fast. For something more exotic or fully bespoke, our Pubbets Masterworks service builds broadcast-quality custom puppets from scratch.
How long does it take to get my puppet?
From order to your door, most custom builds are taking 4–5 weeks this year. Curated builds run a little longer, and our premium Pubbets Masterworks builds take 8–9 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout.
What if it's not what I imagined?
We've been building custom puppets since 2022 and haven't had a single return. Before we ship, we send you a photo review so you can see your puppet and sign off. Most customers tell us it exceeded their expectations!
I can't find the hair, glasses, or outfit I want - can you still help?
Absolutely. Our Pubbets Lab Curated service can source and arrange one-off items and accessories. Just submit a brief and James will work with you directly.
