USA Shipping Update

As of April 24, we’ve had to pause shipping our retail puppets to the United States. This includes ranges like the Pubbet Sidekicks, Storytime Monsters and Zoomer.

🚧 What’s Changed?

❗️ The De Minimis Exception Is Ending

Until now, most international orders under $800 USD could enter the U.S. duty-free thanks to the “de minimis” rule.

From May 2 onwards, the U.S. is removing or heavily restricting this rule. This means:

  • Customs duties and taxes could apply to every package
  • Delays and extra paperwork at the border
  • Chinese-made products (like our retail puppets) are most affected

As a small business, these changes create costs and risks that we simply can't pass on to our customers in good faith.

Good news! Our Premium Puppets and Custom Pubbets are still available for U.S. customers. They're made by hand and shipped quickly with DHL Express (4–6 days).
