    Quick install

    1. Mark eye centers and the angle you want.
    2. Make a small pilot hole for each peg.
    3. Press the pegs through and check alignment and rotation.
    4. Secure inside with hot glue (or contact cement; test on your foam).
    5. Peel and place pupils last. Nudge angle and spacing to set the gaze.

    Tip: a thin upper eyelid makes ovals read clean on stage.

    Will these fit my puppet?

    Yes. The peg back works with most foam heads. Make a pilot hole slightly smaller than the peg, then secure with glue.

    Are the pupils repositionable?

    They’re peel-and-stick. You can lift and replace a few times.
