Ordered Smooch for my son, he loves the puppet. It is very well made and he is enjoying learning how to use it.

Hello. I received Grumplesnoot as a gift Christmas 2024. I have thoroughly enjoyed him, and my 4 year old daughter did too. I kept having to tell her that she needed to be gentle with my puppet and that maybe she should get her own puppet.

Late January, for her birthday we got her Smootch and she's been a fantastic toy. Grumplesnoot now has a buddy.

There are a few differences between the two puppets. I'll list them as pros and cons, but this is by no means a bad puppet. It was different than I expected, but still fantastic.
Con: Smootch is a little bit larger, with a bigger head. This makes her mouth a bit harder to operate for a 4 year old than Grumplesnoot. Not a big deal, my daughter will grow into her. :)
Pro: Smootch has wire in her fingers for posing her hands!
Con: Smootch has a plastic ring inside her waist to keep her skirt shapely. A good design for a puppet in a show. A little bulky for a 4 year old to play with. Again, not a big deal.

All in all, a fantastic puppet and I'm very pleased with our purchase.

Once upon a time, a happy Pubbets customer took a gamble, and ordered his 8-year-old daughter a Smooch for Christmas.
The daughter was delighted, and at the moment it looks like she may join daddy in his Pubbet adventure.
But if not, Daddy now has two Pubbets. Win-Win I'd say, especially given Ivor Question's popularity at the school Christmas fair.....

Smoochie is just so cute, and fun. I ordered her for my TikTok and twitch lives and she has made a lot of friends quickly. She is very well made, and easy to use. This is my first full size puppet and I am still learning at the age of 55, Smoochie has made learning a fun and enjoyable event in my life. I will order more from pubbets, maybe even one that looks like my logo. Love it!

I'm thrilled with Smooch. Pubbets have their own style that I adore. Their quality is superior to all others. She's such a character who comes to life immediately when the puppeteer puts the puppet on. The elastic straps on her mouth give tight control for perfect lip-syncing. Her turning head provides life-like motions for the character. I can't say enough great things about Smooch.
